I'm currently on 15/5 download/upload for fios.
We're getting time warner.
Are they strict on torrenting? How fast is their Internet speeds?

It will be better for 6 months no matter who you switch from or to. Then you'll be screwed over gradually for the next 6-18 months until the cycle starts over.
