I'm not sure about "elite", he can be a solid player in the NBA and a great fit for the Kings but I'm not expecting him to be a top 25-30 player. I don't expect him to be a top 50 player tbh, I think as long as he can make shots consistently everything else will be fine. He will never be able to handle the ball well enough nor will his IQ ever be good enough to be a elite player.

I'm not sure about "elite", he can be a solid player in the NBA and a great fit for the Kings but I'm not expecting him to be a top 25-30 player.
We're talking potential here. It's like ppl are ignoring his potential b/c he had a mediocre rookie year. not everyone plays like a god out of college. He still has the potential to fly like Derozen, shoot 3's like Redick, and defend like Tony Allen. Sounds pretty elite to me.

If it's year 4 and he's still avg'ing like 14/3/3/37%3FG, then yeah, his potential will have ran up. But god, he's like 21 years old and still scared shitless out on the court.
