Neither Gordon nor Noel have the offensive upside of Randle.
They're better on D overall, but Randle ain't too bad either.

I'm a Sixer fan but I'm not sure who has the most potential. Randle is easily the most skilled offensively now and the other two will probably never be able to match him offensively. Gordon will probably be the best man defender by far. Noel will have to gain a ton of weight before he can be effective as a man defender. He can shotblock from the weak side better than either of the other two. He's a weak rebounder because of his size and Randle is probably the best of the three at that and will remain that. Gordon can't shoot but he could end up being Matrix lite. He's so young and raw. He's not as awkward as Noel is offensively. Noel doesn't have a lot of offensive potential. I can't see him ever scoring more than 16pts a game. You never know tho. We're ten games into the season and Gordon and Randle are hurt and Noel is skinny as raw as raw can be. It's an interesting question but there is not a dinfinitive or easy answer.

Noel
Randle
Gordon.
Gordon isn't going to be any good. Noel if he is scoring 14/15 a night... Randle would have to be like a 22+ ppg and 10 guy in order to offset the defensive presence of Noel.

I don't see any real star potential in any of them. Wouldn't be in the least surprised if noneof the three ever made an all-star game, they just each have such glaring flaws.
I guess Noel has the highest upside if he can add about 45 pounds to his frame.
