I realize its almost impossible given the love he received upon returning to CLE, but lets just say hypothetically Lebron comes to the big-bad-city.

Could you imagine a more hated athlete? Sure Lebron got heat for going to the Heat, but imagine if he jumps ship AGAIN this time to the Knicks? WOW, I'm hard just thinking about Lebron-Melo-Durant

Well people in NY would love him more than any athlete in history.

And he's not A Rod.

I think the media would portray him more as a Jeter especially since they'd be winning games with Phil Jackson masterminding a gameplan w/ Melo and James.

GUARANTEE, if Knicks got Lebron and either Durant or Gasol, Phil would RUN down to take over coaching responsibilities and kick Fish to the curb

To be the most hated, then he'd have to opt out of his current deal with the Cavs. He'd have to run a huge Nike campaign about finally taking his talents to the Mecca, and how it was a dream of his ever since he was a little kid.

Then right after the All Star Break, he'd fax in his retirement (using Life After Basketball as his main premise). Then, he returns with the Heat.

At that point, even pauk might turn on him. Maybe.

If we have all the great players at once, maybe we can go to the Finals!

Nope. You'd have to like him for the audacity and hilarity of it all.

Sources tell me 1991 Jordan and 2000 Shaq just stepped out of a time portal near the remote Kozheozersky monastery in northern Russia. Walked 20 miles to civilization, now on a flight to NY as we speak to meet with Phil about signing for the vet min.

Lebron
Jordan
Melo
Durant
Shaq

Knicks ECF locks.

Better shot at love than gasol or lebron.

Maybe you are right. The plan is for fisher to become gm. Not a long term coach like Jason "prob coaches 6 different teams by 2030" kidd.

I would highly doubt Lebron would leave Cleveland again to go anywhere, no matter what happens there.

I think if LeBron left Cleveland again people would just stop caring about him. Well people outside of Ohio would stop caring.
