The Heat in 2010-11 started out 9-8 but they got relief by playing in a ridiculously shitty Eastern Conference with a lot of crap teams to pad their record and get some momentum/confidence. When they played playoff bound teams they got their asses kicked though. I suspect the same will happen with Cleveland.
