View Full Version : Bron isn't having fun with his new team

I know it was his decision to go back, but I honestly think his family and friends pressured him into returning home. His wife never wanted to go to Miami, and she refused to move down there until he proposed to her. Then there are his inner circle of friends who wanted him to go home for brand/marketing reasons. Whatever the case Bron made a big mistake, and really underestimated just how cursed the city of Cleveland is. I wanted him to leave Miami because he was carrying too much of a load, but I knew signing with Cleveland was a big mistake. The players have no idea how to win, and the coach is clueless. Thank god Lebron only signed a one year deal. He needs to live Cleveland so he can enjoy the game again.

I didn't at first, but he looks miserable out there. I think he realized the Cavs weren't going to win a title this year, but he underestimated just how bad the team would be. Let's be honest, the Cavs are one of the worst teams in basketball at the moment.

Yeah I agree. He looks miserable this year. At least with the Cavs the first go around and the Heat the complaint was that he was showboating or not taking it seriously enough. He looked like he was having a ball in those middle 2 years with the Heat.

But I haven't seen him crack a smile this season. It almost looks like 3 games into the season he realized how bad this team was and was like, "I'm ****ed".

i don't think the cavs can make the playoffs. Right now, they just don't look into the game. Its just a bunch of lebron isos and wishful thinking. I don't think when lebron came here, he was expecting to carry a bunch of low leveled players. Cleveland is looking like the new york knicks 2.0.

I think they can make the playoffs

But I don't think they can learn to play defense.

The Heat had a phenomenal defensive coaching staff that LBJ clearly did not appreciate ever. There might be 6-8 teams with that amount of focus and skill on defense. The Cavs aren't one of them.

Nope, we got lots of excuses. Bad coach, worst bench in the league, washed up vets like Marion and Miller, and young guys that don't know how to win.

Good, proven top 10 coach
Talented bench w/ great scorers and defenders
Marion one of the best perimeter defenders in the league
Miller a sniper and one of the best 3pt shooters in the league
Varjeao top 10 center
Kyrie top 5 PG
Lebron top 5 SF
Love top 3 PF

no excuses

What if some racist Dan Gilbert emails popped up? I don't think anyone could blame him for leaving at that point. :confusedshrug:

Vegas just picks whatever team Lebron plays for. :oldlol: If he had signed with the Suns if the offseason they would be the Vegas favorite.

Sounds like his last playoff series with the Cavs.

Will you 100% not accept that lebron is part of the problem. He is the suposse to be the best player in the league and in bran stans mind top 5 - goat. Hes older but not 36 or anything.

He has enough talent wise to take out the east. All thus season is proving me is that lebron is just not that good.

The reason why hes on here is because nobody pays attention to him in his real life, hes a 40 year old burger flippin ass virgin and a shoe shiner on the side...that's why hes so mad because he never accomplished ANYTHING in life

I am happy to have a blessed child,
in which I have no idea upon how to give my blessing upon it.
as in every act, and turn, it is me who is receiving its blessing.

and while for everyone, every single act in which I partake is at fault
but there are only those who understands.

it's all just a disguise

This dude came back to this team knowing we were young and inexperienced. He's the one that needs to be the catalyst that makes this team work. If he's sitting on the three-point line sulking or standing around on D, he is useless. At times it seems like he has no competitive fire at all, period. A few games back Kyrie had to amp him up to try to keep his head in the game. I sort of understand it, he's been to four straight Finals and these early regular season games probably seem irrelevant to him. But he is the one who hyped up his own return and so he has to deliver his end of the bargain. Championship or bust. He can't rely on Kyrie and Love to carry his ass, he has to be aggressive to make them better.
