I read a mediocre review of the first handful of episodes. But that cast is amazing so I'll definitely be watching.

I love Coach, and I too would do anything Linda Cardinelli asked me to do. Plus this sort of mystery thriller noir thing is right in my wheelhouse.

Sucks that the reviews have been iffy. But the nice thing about the Netflix format is that you can bang ten episodes out in a couple weeks and not feel like you're committing three months to one of these shows. And it's easier to overlook some of the sketchiness when you can jump straight to the next episode and don't have a week to dwell on it.

Just watched the first episode. It was interesting, definitely an interesting story and the ending was wild. We'll see how the season plays out.

I'm 5 episodes in. The first 3 episodes were pretty slow, but it's starting to get very good. Very enjoyable. Who else is watching?

I've watched the first 7. Starts slow but now it's picking up fast. Insanely good. Interested to see what you think of the next few.

The level of acting in this show is off the charts.

Just finished the season. Wow - great stuff. Maybe Netflix's best drama yet. A little slow at times but man what a great story. They managed to throw a massive curveball at the end that I wasn't expecting at all.

I watched about 7 episodes when it first was released but I haven't finished the season yet. For some reason it failed to hook me. I think part of the reason is that I still haven't really become interested in or liked any of the characters, with the possible exception of Diana (Jacinda Barrett).

I think they did a decent job of develop all of the characters, showing their flaws, and weaving the family history but... all of the characters feel a bit predictable. I think they are all fairly easy to understand with the exception of Danny. The only problem is that Danny doesn't do a who lot in the last 2-3 episodes I watched but I'm assuming there is some sort of payoff later.

It really is beautifully shot tho and does a good job of meshing the beauty of the Keys with some of the seedy elements that exist on the periphery of an area that has a lot of impermanence due to the dominance of tourism. I think it took some inspiration from True Detective with the way that the landscape is shot to set an overall tone.

If you're that far in, you should probably finish it. For what it's worth, I didn't watch two consecutive episodes until the point you are at now, the 6th or 7th episode. It picks up immensely from there, and I struggled to want to quit watching. You will see plenty of Danny as the show revolves around him.

Jacinda Barrett is a beauty by the way.

Just finished this it took me a while as it starts off super slow. Glad I pushed through as this show really picks up. Great show The set up for next season does not really intrigue me though.
