If Lin becomes more like Derek Fisher, Lakers will be fine

Fisher stood up for himself and commanded respect from Kobe. That's why Kobe trusted him for the last shots during their championship years. Same with Odom, Artest, Ariza, and anyone who was a factor in their title runs. If Lin can get Kobe's respect, I don't see any problems in the future regarding chemistry. Same goes for everyone else on the roster. Shot selection is a whole other issue, Kobe needs lower his volume and trust his teammates more if he wants to win games easier.
