I hate it when people use these ad hominem arguments, at least half the people on ISH said Kobe's done as a player, "sources" were saying he was done, he isn't in anyone's MVP ranking, no one talking about him being the best SG in the game or a top 5-10 player, people giving him a top 15 ranking out of sheer respect.

The only way he'd be overrated would be if people were claiming he was the best PF in the game, which no one is (at least with what i've seen.)

He's averaging 22/9/2.5 with over a block a game and is shooting 53% from three this year (8/15). He's the best player on one of the best teams in the league where the offense flows through him. Also, criticizing him for having less rebounds than he did last year would be a laughable discredit, since he's the top rebounder on the #1 rebounding team in the league. I'm just curious to hear how LMA is overrated - i'm guessing it'll be the whole "he's a soft jumpshooter" argument.

Noah, although injured, is having a below par season...and he had a below par Playoffs last year. Big Al can't even make the Playoffs out East with a good defensive lineup (top 5 last year even though he's a negative on that end).

Bosh is a tossup. He's definitely having a better offensive year than Tim. But I think the huge gap on defense, and just in Duncan's leadership/presence, there is a comparison.

Not sure how anyone can call Aldridge overrated at this point. No one hardly even talks about him or the Blazers and yet they are playing like one of the very best teams in the NBA again. And if people do talk about them it's generally negative.
