JV is my favourite Raptor so I have to defend him by pointing out he's averaging just 0.1 fewer rebounds than Lance in 10 fewer minutes per game. Eight and a half rebounds in 24 minutes is pretty solid for a centre (why Casey doesn't play him more is a crime).

The Bobcats were way better when Gerald Henderson was the SG than Lance, they paid a player to play the same position and Lance is a minor upgrade overall at best (while consuming a much larger portion of the salary cap). The Bobcats needed a SF like Parsons or Ariza or something like that not a minor upgrade at SG which has killed there team chemistry and surprisingly there defense.
