Not if Bogut stays healthy next to him

D. Lee is going to flourish in this offense; it's designed for his skill set. He'll be back after the road trip ends on Sunday.

His defensive deficiencies don't matter on this team. Warriors will be a top 3 defense regardless.

Not true.

Individual defense matters a ton regardless of who else is on the court.

The biggest mistake I see fans make is downplaying defense of individuals because of the defense of other individuals. If Bogut is constantly having to rotate to guard Lee's man, then guess who just got free? Bogut's guy.

I think the Warriors should stick with Green starting. He's a much better fit in the starting lineup IMO.

I don't know breh. The Warriors to me are more dangerous without Lee.

They are beasting right now because Lee is out and Bogut is playing. Bogut is the Warriors' MVP, not Curry.

If Lee comes off the bench that would be ideal. He could absolutely feast on 2nd stringers and his defense doesn't need to be as good when playing against a non starter level pf since they simply can't dominate as easily.

i've thought the warriors have been better without lee since they hammered the nuggets in the playoffs a couple years ago

2013 playoffs - Lee out and still nearly went home with a 2-0 lead against the Spurs in the 2nd Round.

2014 playoffs - Bogut out, still pushed Clippers to 7 games. DAJ beasted in this series.

They might already have a championship caliber team but it's hard to say because Lee and Bogut always gets hurt whenever one of them is healthy. LOL

Yeah they've been having such success with Green starting that hopefully Kerr (at least to begin with) keeps him there and has Lee coming off the bench while he gets used to playing in-game with the new offense.

Lee has to be in that 2nd unit.

Livingston + Barbosa + Iggy + Lee + Speights as a bench unit

:wtf: #ChampionshipOrBust

Yes, keep Lee on the bench please. He'll provide reliable scoring off the bench.
