In the basketball documentaries thread, ESPN 30 for 30 "Reggie vs the Knicks" (one of THE best docs ever) was brought up, about how much the 90s Knicks and Pacers hated each other.
Got me thinking about the Knicks' other big rivalry in the 90s, the Bulls. They had some epic battles.
Which team do you think the Knicks hated more?
Even as a Bulls fan, I think the Knicks/Pacers rivalry was more hate-fueled than Knicks/Bulls. Matter of fact, I can't say I felt the extreme animosity between the Bulls and Knicks that I felt the Pacers and Knicks had.

bulls
Pacers
They met in the playoffs in multiple seasons. I think 3 ECFs from 95-00

It was no doubt Chicago. The Bulls were New York's roadblock in the playoffs for 3 years straight and even that 4th consecutive series in '94 without Jordan took 7 games and was a heated series. I think Indiana and Miami are fighting for 2nd place.
Knicks had some great rivalries in the 90s
The Heat rivalry also a heated intense battle

True, the Bulls were the Knicks' stumbling block, but I never got the feeling that the Knicks hated the Bulls as much as I felt they hated the Pacers. And for damn sure the Pacers hated the Knicks.

The Bulls. They were the measuring stick. Great playoff games with the Pacers, but I most hated The Heat as a fan - especially with Riley abdicating and heading there.

Bulls. They were the 1 team they never could beat... even without MJ they were forced to go through 7 grueling games.
They did pretty well against the other 2. I'd say something like this :
1) Bulls
2) Pacers
3) Heat
Personally I hated the Heat the most because they fcked over the Knicks best chance by starting that brawl that got Ewing suspended. I still hate Zo, Tim Hardaway and PJ Brown. I found it laughable how PJ Brown always won those stupid sportsman of the year awards, dude was a dirty player.
