White meat is healthier than dark, but idk if that's the main reason people eat it over dark. I agree, sweet potato and pumpkin pie should be the official meal, not turkey. Although I do enjoy mashed potatoes with gravy and the occasional stuffing :cheers:

It's dry because it's overcooked. Dark meat is naturally tougher, but takes to long cooking times much better.

Host had the butcher take out the breast bone and "spatchcocked" so it cooks like this
