Jeff teague: 18.3/2/7 on 47% FG and 36% from 3. Averaging 26 points in the last 5 games.
John Wall: 18.6/4/9 on 42% shooting and 32% from 3.
Teague would average more assists, but he plays in a system where EVERYONE touches the ball and get assists.
Wall is a better rebounder, but teague is a craftier passer and arguably better finisher.
Teague is more efficient from not only inside the 3 point line, but also outside of it.
Teague beat Wall monday when they went head to head, Teague clearly won the match up.
Has Teague broken into anyone's top ten PG list?

Teague is a good point guard in a league that is filled with great point guards.

Would love him on the Rockets. Another player who can put the ball on the floor and creat outside of James.

He is good. To me, if you are hovering around 10th on most peoples lists, you are a good solid point guard but nothing spectacular.

Clearly won the match-up? Only 7 more points and 10 less assists than Wall.

i think rondo and parker should be switched. rondo is in his prime and brings a really unique skill set to the table. if he had talent around him, he'd beh talked about a lot more.
parker has dropped off. not as quick as he used to be which has exposed his dribbling moves. he's still crafty getting to the hoop and can draw fouls, obv a smart player playing solid d. but you can say that about lots of guys. nothing he's done in the past year gives him a large edge over guys like kemba walker and reggie jackson, let alone rondo and conley.
let's just look at all the guys who aren't even making the list
eric bledsoe
ty lawson
goran dragic
deron williams
jrue holiday
brandon jennings
kemba walker
reggie jackson
etc etc etc

Tier 1
Paul
Curry
Westbrook
Tier 2
Lilard
Parker
Lowry
Wall
Conley
Tier 3
Teague
Dragic
Bledsoe
Rondo

This is an unbelievably awful thread. Wall is a better passer, rebounder, defender and it's roughly equal in scoring.

teague scores in spurts, putting up a lot of points in a short period. it's more obvious which makes people think he's a better scorer. one of wall's best features is his ability to get his without anybody even realizing it. all within the flow.
i like teague but no way he's on john wall's level. just on athletic grounds you can dismiss this thread entirely.

Haven't seen a Hawks fan made a decent thread before. Delusional folks with inferiority complex who needs to keep convincing others that Hawks players are better than they actually are.

Feels like just yesterday when the Paul or Deron debate was the talk of the pg elite. Can't believe how hard he's fallen off since he dipped to Bk.

Teague/Lowry and Wall should be the PG's from the East that make the All-Star game it should have been like that last year to but off course Kyrie will make it........

Just want to speak on Teague. He's dissenting the Hornets right now
