Well 2012 was pretty good, and even that team had little talent. Lakers have more talented role players than the knicks do right now.

2012 was good because they had veteran leaders. JKidd and Rasheed, as bad as they were at the end of the year were veterans who kept JR in line and the rest of the team committed. Without them, the Knicks were like a team of chickens with their heads cut off.

Both, leadership didn't win them games in 2012 it was Melo and good 3-point shooting. Along with decent defense.
