And had the Wizards close to the playoffs until he got injured, IIRC.

Will the Lakers even get 10 or 15 wins this season?

and it's early - we'll see what kobe's numbers look like halfway through the season.

Jordan thru 41 games: 25.1ppg, 6.1 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.6 steals, on 41.8%
Bryant thru 15 games: 26.4ppg, 5.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.2 steals, on 37.8%

so jordan's numbers were better, and jordan got his numbers during a much tougher defensive period, when league-wide ORtg was at it's lowest point in the modern era (post 3-point line), and it was so bad that the league was about to change the rules to "open up the game".

and hitting game-winners

that's true - 3 actual game winners, not bricks, and almost a 4th:

a forgotten GW vs. NY, over Sprewell... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgG9X0aZb_Q&t=5m24s
would-be game-winner over Marion again in ASG... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPmPu-JxJ9A

MJ without doubt. Wizards was on pace to make playoffs until MJ got injured. Lakers on pace to get their top 5 pick.

Wasn't Kobe always a poor man's MJ, I don't think it would have changed when they were past their prime.

Wizards MJ was MVP candidate at the ASG break. He had better numbers, game Winners, Drop 51 vs Baron Davis and the Hornets, 45 vs Eastern conference best team, Jason Kidd 's Nets and had a winning record
