They're going straight to the top - Reggie Jackson, Jeremy Lamb AND Anthony Morrow off the bench?... Let's not forget Perk's championship pedigree and Collison's solidness.
By the time Durant gets back, they might already be the favorite for the championship, with Bestbrook being the heart and soul of the league - may as well jump on the bandwagon early so you can say you were on it the whole time..
Who's comin' on this roller coaster to the championship and the champagne and the bragging and the last laugh?

Anyone who thinks that this team at full strength is going to lose in the playoffs let alone even be challenged is a complete moron.
Idiots earlier tried to tell me that the Grizzlies were going to be the ones to beat OKC this year... :lol :lol :lol
The same Grizzlies who couldn't even beat em with OKC having a gassed Durant and having Butler, Fisher, and Sefolosha all playing significant minutes and playing like complete shit.
This year is OKC's so long as injuries don't get in the ****ing way. Smartest thing I ever did was bet on them to win it all at 1/20 odds.

OKC landed the two most alpha humans on the planet. :D
So easy to root for these winners. And the fact that I get to witness it live, in the arena? Wow.
I'm blessed.

The picture is from the 2013/2014 TNT Future commercial. This scene should have happened last year, but we had tired bodies and shitty lineups. Neither of those problems will bother us this year

The urgency to win games in the reg season might burn them out by the playoffs.
Other teams with good records will be able to rest players and coast towards the start of the playoffs.
I like OKC, they are a fun team to watch and players easy to like except perk.

Possibly, this could happen if Scott Brooks doesn't manage his players minutes properly and if OKC allows lesser opponents to stay games.
OKC needs to dismantle lesser opponents early like they did last night against NY to allow everyone to rest. Scott Brooks can't get carried away playing KD 40 minutes per game regularly when he returns, or RW 36-38 minutes, and he needs to utilize his entire roster better than in previous years to rest his stars and also develop younger players to ensure veterans are rested and younger players are as prepared as possible for the playoffs.
So yes, it could be a problem but only if OKC doesn't focus properly and Brooks falls into old bad substitution patterns. Definitely avoidable.

He missed out on his chance to reach top 20 after his epic choke job last season. If he chokes AGAIN this season he will never even reach top 30.

He's gonna play at this level till he's 40.....
His prime is going last another 15 years. I think he'll be the unquestionable GOAT when it's all said and done, shattering just about every modern record along the way.
Him and Westbrook wil probably win 7-10 titles together.

When he's mid to late 30's he's still going to have his height and range to rely on so will still be able to drop 25+ easy.

Just as long as he doesn't have any long term health issues he should still be playing at an elite level well into his 30's.
That's the benefits of having your game primarily based on skill over athleticism

Grant Jerrett is a player who longterm is an intriguing prospect. Didn't OKC just sign him to a value deal for like the next 4 years?
Guy was reportedly shooting upwards of 72% from deep in draft workouts two years ago. He's been either hurt or in the d-league since but he could very well be another draft hit for OKC. He played great in the d-league.
This team is f*cking loaded and is going to constantly be getting better as long as they retain their core.
Easy to root for as well since almost all of the core guys were drafted here. None of that superteam bullshit.

Exactly.
And I still think he'll be fairly mobile in his later years. Heck, it's not out of the realm of possibility for him to play at 50.
You never know.

Yep, that's why Wade has had such a sharp drop off. Never developed a 3 point game or a decent set of post moves.

We're starting to see it with LeBron and he's not even 30 yet. Playing horrid defense and having a big offensive drop off.
Watching Durant's body language from the bench makes me proud to be a thunder fan.. The guy is going through the biggest injury of his career and he's shredding his vocal chords while encouraging his team, all the way down to the final seconds of blowout games.
I'd probably kill myself if I lived in Cleveland and had to be a fan of a team where the best player on the floor has the worst body language out there and is throwing his teammates under the bus to the media. Plus considering he's gonna leave either this year or next... again... LMAO.
OKC thunder f*cking rule and ISH is going to be epic once they win it all. I'll be 2 grand richer than I was before, and Jeff will likely appoint someone like me or Budadiii as super mod of ISH, to keep the mods in check.

You have no idea about the relationship that I have with Jeff and Steve.
I could easily take your spot if I actually wanted it... but I really don't. Being a moderator on a message board is rather lame.
But don't act like Jeff wouldn't make me one in a second. You know how much money this guy has made because of me? :oldlol:

You're right... because I don't want to be a mod.
But if I sent him an email asking to be one, he'd grant my wish in a second.
And If I do get banned again, I'm not just gonna sit back and take it. I'll email Jeff and whoever banned me will be stripped of their mod power. Food for thought.

I don't see the Spurs hitting the same level of performance as they did last playoffs and okc have improved on many of their weaknesses from last season.
Too bad the poor start may cost the thunder a chance at the chip this season

Yeah maybe. If they have to go on the road every series that could be a factor.
