wether your a mayweather fan or manny fan or a fan of any other boxer it doesnt matter.
EVERY SINGLE FIGHT FAN WANTS TO SEE THE FIGHT FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR VS MANNY PACQUAIO!!!!
Will you mayweather fans honestly truthfully be happy and satisfied if floyd decides to retire without ever facing manny.
I dont want to hear mention of the past failed negotiations.
I dont want to hear some undefeated statistic.
dont make up some crap about floyd doesnt need to fight him
there is no point in mentioning marquez or mannys losses.
EVERYBODY in the entire world including Manny wants this fight to happen. the only thing stopping this fight is floyd himself. drug testing money splitting not worth it anymore WHAT THE FCK EVER!!
It is OBVIOUS that floyd is afraid of manny OBVIOUS!!
The thing that gets me is that although it is obvious floyd fans are like stupid sheep and preach the exact time BS excuses that floyd uses. and then claim that floyd doesnt need to fight manny because hes undefeated blah blah fukng blah.
and then somehow SOMEHOW floyd fans seem to find a way to make it seem as if the fight hasnt happened yet because of manny ARE YOU SHTING ME.
This is just a small example of floyds fear.

Op is a pilipino based on his grammar in which he is biased with manny.. End thread
We all know the one big negotiation that happened while both fighters were at their peak fell through because Pacquiao didn't agree to drug testing.
That's still the most significant cop-out in this whole Mayweather-Pac thing and it always will be.

The biggest reason it hasn't happened is Arum and his history with Mayweather and those associated with him.

Mayweather sucks. Don't know why he won't fight Pacquiao.

He's afraid of having his perfect record tarnished and just losing in general, that's why. Why else would he be demanding there be a definite rematch clause.

I think He's going to fight Cotto again at Cinco De Mayo. Cotto is a much easier opponent than Pacquiao, and Mayweather wants the Middleweight title.

It comes down to two things for Mayweather, Money and keeping his win streak.
Lets just say that a fight with Manny is going to be more than a little payday.

I want to see him fight Kell Brook whom I think is better than Khan right now. And just like Maidana he's also a very rough opponent, and he's not afraid to get physical with Floyd.

Pacquiao has nothing to lose in this fight, mayweather has everything to lose.

Pacquiao has had the greater career then Mayweather, sorry bud.

Meh. Most major fights have rematch clauses. Manny's fight contract with both Bradley and Algieri had them. Actually if Floyd really doesn't care about his legacy and he's all about the money like he claims, it would be a genius financial move to lose to Manny on purpose the first time and get the rematch. Turn $100 million into $200 million :lol

Aside from the apparent sarcasm, if Floyd were to lose to Manny, a rematch would not generate nearly as much interest as the original fight. The Mayweather critics will have already gotten their satisfaction of watching the first defeat and wouldn't care less what he does afterwards.
It'll be like Ali/Frazier 2 (horrible fight btw)

What about their first negotiations when it failed over the drug testing? Why wasn't there a problem with Arum then?

It has always been about the acrimony between Mayweather and Arum since their split. I doubt the whole drug testing thing would have came up if Manny had anyone other than Arum managing him. Remember Manny turned things down over the drug testing and rightfully so at the time in my opinion. The ball is certainly in Floyd's court at this time as he is the clear alpha at this time in the negotiations. Looks like Floyd even tried to offer Arum $10 million to walk away, so it does look like it still comes down to Mayweather/Arum burying the hatchet and realizing the money will more than make up for the distrust.

Pacquiao agreed to drug testing, they just could not agree on cutoff date to draw blood. When Pacquiao sense that he should just do it , Mayweather dig another excuse with bigger purse and bigger PPV share. Mayweather is always looking for a nice excuse to avoid him. I am sure if he really want to do it he would done it long time ago instead of keep making excuses. Let me put this way, if you get ask to do one thing and you don't want to do it you would find every excuse not to do it. By insinuating Pacquiao was on PED means he was scared.
I'm pretty sure he will use Arum excuse as his last resort. Yes there is bad blood between him and Arum but look at all the reward and all glory that comes with it,that BS excuse is just another roadblock. And LOL at $10 million offer. Arum will make a lot more money if he is part of it. I don't like Arum but he is part of a lot of big and epic fights in boxing history before Floyd was even conceived.

and I doubt Manny Pacquiao was using steroid/HGH. Marquez worked with PED Guru Angel "Memo" Heredia. His body showed some sign of peds used (Pimples/Acne, and injuring his ankle).
