View Full Version : Eric Bledsoe's point guard instincts are nonexistent

He's basically a more athletic Devin Harris.
He can't run an offense at all and constantly turns the ball over.
Whoever the agent is that got him signed to the max deserves a 10MM bonus.

You need to calm down with all the Phoenix shit we don't need a million agenda threads from you. You should just make one thread and update it several times a day.
That being said, yes, Bledsoe is a shit PG and always has been. He's just another undersized chucker. Phoenix has three shoot first PGs and they will not and cannot survive like this. Thomas is hot garbage. He just chucks and chucks as does Bledsoe but Bledsoe can at least D up a little.
I liked Dragic last year but he looks for his shot too much and has not played well this year. This team is going to suck all year. I still think Dragic can be the PG of some team, but this team is not made for him I'd say. Phoenix was the surprise of last year and this year they are just shit.

Dragic has been very good when he's running the offense but not when he's forced to play off the ball.
Honestly if they just traded away Bledsoe and Thomas for nothing they would be a better team.

I can concur with that. That said, all the guards in Phoenix are shot jackers at this point.
Dragic is a better point guard than this. Somehow I feel like the decisions made by the Suns to bring in IT and to sign Bled to that huge contract, while this being Dragic's opt out year, forces him to want to prove himself more. Thus turning him away from his usual balanced game.
Thomas and Green are that same type of chucker, that one of them needs to go. How many times have we seen Green ignoring his point guard and dribble the ball down the court himself and just takes a dumb shot.
Since Thomas and Green are both chuckers, and Thomas and Bledsoe are both that undersized 6 feet guard, I feel like Thomas is that guy we should be looking to move.
But back to OP, yes Bledsoe is not a point guard in this league. Hopefully a team like Chicago will be interested in his service, and that a move can be made soon to restore balance in this team.

Eric Bledsoe for Patrick Beverley S&T + Papanikoloau + Filler.
If allowed, who says no?

Eric Bledsoe for Greg Monroe.
DONE. That would resolve both teams' issues.

Kings should actually try trade for Bledsoe to be there 6th man, offer up Landry (cause Suns got zero post game), Derrick Williams (expiring) and probs Nik Staskus.

Rockets say no. We don't need a scoring PG while losing valuable SF depth.
Bledsoe is a chucker. Harden can do all the chucking for us.

I agree with you on that but this dude is buck wild w his suns/dragic threads. IN all honesty there should be one merged kobe thread and one merged bron thread.

He's never been able to run an offense. He's a undersized combo guard. Since his Clipper days he's never been able to run an offense. He can defend, he's improved his offensive game, but he cannot run an offense. Nothing new. Not sure why he got paid so much.

He would play with not behind big difference (Sessions wouldn't play period he's been beyond shit for no apparent reason). He would still get a lot of playing time either way regardless if he's starting or not.
