man your right it seem like some ref have no respects for the game of basketballs maybe the just want to be on tv i dont know. ref just have to read the rules and practise jumpballtip do you know how many hours some nba player practise jumpballtip and some ref dont even spend one hour. there have been already 2 very bad jumpballtip initiation . one bosh got jumpballtip violation which was 100% rigged that why i give bosh that jumpballtip , becuse of bad toss he deserve to win that one , and another in game where the had to do jumpballtip again becuse no one got the tip :facepalm because of bad toss. adam silver really need to give better training to the ref
