I love how PC the media has gotten. The reporter repeatedly mentions the victim as "Bosnian" but she only mentions the perpetrators race once as Black and Hispanic. Not sure where you are going with this although you do seem to be more informed then most because you did refer to them as Bosniaks. Bosnia is a federalized country consisting of Serbs, Croats and Bosniaks, and yes the vast majority of Bosniaks identify as Muslims -- probably over 95%. However, the stereotypical Muslim in the United States is someone that comes from the Middle East and your average Bosnian would be mistaken for a Russian immigrant in the United States. Most Americans would look puzzled if they saw a blonde hair Bosnian Muslim because their ignorance leads them to believe Muslims are brown people with beards.

But I guess the possibility exists the attack is due to religion, but considering the area of the attack (near St Louis) and the recent events the attack seems to suggest racial undertone that the media does not want to mention in fear of causing more racial tension. Which is understandable, but when the situation is reversed the media inflame the stories probably out of some sort of liberal white guilt but I think the biggest factor is these controversial stories bring viewership. Portraying whites, directly or indirectly, as the racists and black people as poor victims brings drama for all.

Where is the media outrage on black on black violence? Nah they don't want to handle the PC shitstorm and white viewers would be indifferent. White on white violence?
