Spacey's character was cartoonishly ridiculous at the end of season two, not sure how they move on from that.
Should be interesting.

First half or 3/4 of season 1 - amazing
End of season 1, first half of season 2 - went way downhill
End of season 2 - it was alright
Basically the show peaked in the beginning and got much worse. Still better than many shows though.

My main thought is how does Robin Penn keep such an amazing figure in her late 40's?:confusedshrug:

SPOILER:
Why is Peter noted for 12 eps when he dies in Chapter 11?
Clearly Frank's flashbacks of him dont count as an extra episode, since Zoe is noted down for 14 episodes, and she does die in episode 14...
I dont exactly plan to continue watching this, so can anybody tell me what happens with Linda after Chapter 18?
Or Remy after 33?

I honestly don't even remember what happens to most of the side characters on this show, so I don't remember the Linda/Remy answers, but I know that Zoe wasn't in every S1 episode, so that would explain her only being in 14 and not 15.

Pretty sure she was.. maybe she first appeared in E2?
Anyway, if you cant remember that means they probably werent killed.. just left the shows horizont/landscape.

If you're referring to IMDB, there is always some errors in there cast list or whatever. And it's sorta expected considering how many actors appear in a given episode.
Not sure if you're serious about not continuing with watching the show, but that would be a shame. It gets remarkably better each and every season.

There are no likeable characters at this point..
I mean, season 2 should be about hard investigations on Frank, but Im pretty sure it wont be... no shit sticks on him, and sadly I've been spoiled to the fact he ends it as President.
Tbh so far I've mostly heard about it regressing after the first season...

Zoe was definitely introduced in the pilot, along with Russo. I think it was the library episode where Frank reconnected with college buddies that she wasn't a part of, while Russo was.
I'd rank the seasons 1 > 2 = 4 > 3. The show IMO never re-captures S1 heights but retains watchability throughout. 4 was definitely a step back in the right direction after last yr.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I have honestly found every season to be better than the prior.
I know for a fact you would be glad you continued with the show, because it isn't only about whether or not Frank becomes president (which you already know the answer to.) Every one of your concerns, whether it's Janine Skorsky, Rachel, whatever, are all addressed in the show at some point.
