Every time they try to do this some semi famous rapper "Cambius", Joe Budden and Cassidy vs some good battle MC the battle MC never take it serious and the "rappers" are wack as **** and not even worth preparing for. Dizaster is not the same guy he was back on Grindtime when he was hunger and a beast. Cassidy SUCKED.

There's a difference between battle rap and using battle lines on tracks.

KOTD sometimes provides some good material, I dont know who the fukk organized that shit, probably the same KOTD guys but the quality was WOAT, they can't even fix the mics, the crow is some of the worst ever booing everything.

A huge L for the rap battle, and I love that shit, but this what happens when people start bringing this to the bigger audience and fail it miserably.

The rematch was a lot better but quick thoughts:

Cassidy was still dropping bunch of 10 year old bars, some were decent, but his delivery makes it sound better than it looks on paper.

Dizaster fukked it up big time, this boy is not in the top tier of battle rappers, for someone who has been in lots of battles to fukk it up that much against a mixtape bars spitter is embarrassing.

Cassidy obviously knew his limitations, but the way he managed to get 250k from that shit is amazing. He migt have battle rapped for one time only, and he took the most possible money. I really dont know what was the point of inviting him, did the people who put that event thought he was gonna do really great, or was he supposed to encourage other industry artists to try this thing? Sounds like a lot of money was wasted, especially now that they ruined their reputation with that big failure of a main event.
