You also have to consider Horford wasn't 100% back in those november games. He's so close to 100%. He is averaging 13/7 atm, but before he was injured last season he was the best big man in the east averaging 20/10.

He just put up 22 points against Hibbert. He's getting back into rhythm, and when he does, the Hawks will be dominant.

Unfortunately Tim Duncans don't grow on trees, so we've got to make due with what we have here at the moment. Hopefully as Horford continues to work his way back to 100% he can give us some of that production.

I think the Duncan thing is a reason why we've been tied to Greg Monroe, he's a low post guy with good passing skills who could possibly play that role, (obviously not as well as Duncan but still).

Houston was a good team that season I think they won another 10 or 12 games in a row to keep the streak alive after Yao went down but Utah was to beast for them even if Yao was healthy I believe Utah would've won but you never know they did push it to 6 games, guess Tracy just couldn't get out of the first round as the number 1 option. Guess who was on Utah that year.... Korver and Millsap two of the most underrated players back at that time. Now they are both in ATL. I don't hate the hawks I just don't believe in them they always find a way to F shyt up either they get eliminated prematurely or they draft a bust.Hawks own the 2nd longest run of not winning an NBA chip it's been 56 years and thats when the team was in St. Louis. They havnt advanced beyond the second round in any playoffs since the early 60s bro. Whats even worse is the busts they draft. Horford is the only All-Star Hawk to be drafted since Willis in 1984. Jeff Teague might make it this year.
