View Full Version : 19 year old LeBron vs 19 year old Parker and Wiggins

LeBron 27.7 ppg 7 rebounds 7 assists

Jabari Parker 12 points 6 rebounds 2 assists

Wiggins 12 points 4 rebounds 1 assists

Was the hype as the best wings since LeBron justified, or should a different comparison be used to judge these players? Or will they later develop into the stars they were hyped to be?

Lebron was a freak as a kid. It's not often we will see someone of his calibre at such a young age. Wiggins and Parker will be fine but it's unfair to hold them up to his standards as a rookie.

Lebron is no doubt better, no debate on this one...

Kinda like how MJ is no doubt the goat

I can come up with around 1-9 reasons why he's not but solid points

This isn't fair on them, neither will get close to LeBron and shouldn't be held to the same standard.

I think Wiggins and Parker might get to George or Melo levels someday, but Durant and Lebron are just a tier above them.

Wiggins is more athletic than Lebron but has an inferior body

Wiggins is more athletic than Lebron but has an inferior body
so that means hes not as athletic......

you forgot that Lebron was SO athletic that he could do the same things Wiggins can now while being SOOO much heavier (via muscle mass)

Great points guys:applause:

Yea I honestly feel bad for Wiggins, he's a good player but he was just born in the wrong era.

He could've put up 40-50 points a game in the 60's but now that he's up against similar athletes he can't do much. Hopefully he improves especially in ball handling.

Beating up on Jabari and Giannis should warm up LeBron nicely for the 2nd round

...I would hope prime Lebron with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love would be able to take down two 19-20 year olds?

What team do you even rep btw?

Crazy to think LeBron was putting up close to peak Jordan numbers as a teenager :applause:

They kept saying, no handles, no jumpshot, not aggressive enough, no clutch gene, not enough athleticism, skinny frame, all this criticism but a teenager putting up GOAT numbers :applause: :applause:

Nah bro, I'm a huge Lebron fan but there is no way that he is above MJ. MJ is the definite GOAT. LeBron has the potential to be second of all time if his career goes to plan from here. But right now he is just under Kobe on the all-time rankings.
