They essentially nerf the intensity of the ingredients which makes the sauce a lot less spicy. All sorts of additives.

There's nothing wrong with this, all I'm saying is that hot sauce is for rookies in the spicy foods game. People who use manufactured hot sauce generally don't like natural, real stuff that is so so so much more spicy.
