I think it has more to do with getting them to step up on general.. these guys have been horrible for the most part this season.. a few moments here and there but for the most part they have sucked and a lot of is plain old effort

Scott's been on them all season they've lost some games they had in the bag do to effort alone

it's not a good team but it should be better than the record they have... maybe not by a lot but they are not this bad...
