Watched a story this morning on Dallas cornerback Orlando Scandrick whupping a kid in Madden (with onside kicks and 2-point conversions) at a children's hospital. Instantly thought of this: http://www.cc.com/video-clips/b9vgt4/chappelle-s-show-make-a-wish---uncensored

Meanwhile, California's "Yes Means Yes" law (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/usanow/2014/08/28/california-bill-yes-means-yes-sex-assault/14765665/), took me back to The Love Contract: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jo4568PIRnk

Edit: Scrolled down Off the Court Lounge, saw piece on actress who gets carried when tired:

Now patiently waiting for Wayne Brady's seedy side to come to light.

I don't get this yes means yes law, how does it help/improve investigation of sexual assault cases?

It doesn't because there are generally no witnesses when it comes to these kind of ambiguous sexual assaults (i.e. those based on victim testimony alone). Guy can still lie and say she said yes, the girl can still lie and say she didn't say yes. Just a stupid law implemented by a state jam-packed full of stupid people.

It makes some waste of space morons think they are doing something worthwhile and contributing I guess.

My guess is its designed to scare off idiots from fvking passed out girls at parties

It's pretty much a "no seriously, rape is illegal" law

Dum guys don't like it cause now they think they will get falsely accused of rape... but they could just as easily be falsely accused of rape before
That's the thing, the law seems useless and waste of resources.
