If I take it and fail, are there any repercussions? How many questions out of 30 do I need to get to pass?

Yeah you get reported to the CIA and they send you off to a prison to get water boarded for being an idiot

Thanks for being a jackass man. I know all the sht on the syllabus so I am wondering if I can just take a few practice exams and wing it or whether I should really study for it. I'm a busy man, got other shit to do.
