He was defended my Mozgov, Nurkic and Hickson.
Seriously.
Not to mention when you have knockdown long range snipers like Bev/Ariza/Dmo and Harden, the defense is spread as ****. Dwight getting one on one possessions all night. All night, against undersized JJ Hickson, and the euroscrubs.
Harden was the engine and the key to the victory tonight. He's further solidifying his MVP case. Best Shooting Guard alive.

In OP's eyes no center is any good in this league except Cousins.

26 points, 13 rebounds, and 3 blocks on 82% shooting after missing 11 straight games... Like him or not, but that's really frickin good.

He was getting single coverage all night. He never gets doubled, let alone tripled... Or even quadrupled like some dominant frontcourt players do in this league
This game really isn't an indication of anything
The flaws in his game were there. Hence the free throws. The other parts were masked by poor opposition and good teammate play.
They're 8-3 without Dwight. In the west.
That speaks volumes.

Does anyone even care about Dwert anymore? He went to Houston because there's no pressure to win and no one gives a shit about the rockets:lol
Harden is there MVP obviously. And it's not like Dwert was coming back from injury, he had a forced month off due to legal issues from fiddling with kids or some bullshit:oldlol:

It's been a consistency in his NBA career.
He's just not a lead man. He was second to Kobe, and now Harden.
He's great as that 2nd role, Marc Gasol type, but still an inherently flawed one at that.
He can anchor your defense, and get a few "flashy" swats. But a lot of bigs can.

We all witnessed Howard as the man against the Spurs in the 13 payoffs:lol

Dwight carried a Magic team that was arguably worse than the 2014/15 Kings sans Cousins to an NBA Finals and nearly beat a stacked Lakers squad.
I like Boogie but he needs to make some playoff runs, or at the very least make the playoffs period before he can really get the respect he deserves.

If 4-1 is nearly beating the Lakers, then you got 99 problems and they're all math son.
Btw that Magic team beat Lebron's Cavs tho:lol

They obviously were but I don't think anybody looks back on that supporting cast and thinks they were particularly good.
That team was clearly 100% built around Dwight and he got his team within a couple games of winning it all.
Boogie can't even get his team within a couple games of the 8 seed.

Like literally two plays changes that series to a win for the Magic. Stop.
