How is it? Packed stadium? I live in AL and I want to go to my first Magic game. I know Memphis in general is a pretty trashy city (I've been there a couple times) but is Fedex near the ghetto part or the good part?

The forum is literally in the center of down town. Close to Rendezvous BBQ and Beale St. Nice place to watch a game too. Never felt unsafe. I got my tix of stubhub. Maybe lurk on some grizzlies forums and look for people giving away/selling tix. Us Pelican fans do that on our respective forums quite a bit.

I was in Memphis for last weeks Mavs game (here from Australia). Ive heard a lot of stories about the place.. but i found it to be exceptionally clean and very quiet. All the locals i spoke to said things were quiet due to the cold coming early.

Beale st was spotless...

I am now in New Orleans... so i know what messy is :)

Stubhub is the best bet to find tickets, people sell tickets on there hella cheap, especially if the team isn't a popular draw, which I don't think Memphis/Orlando would be. Whenever I go to a game I also get the tickets off stubhub, its cheap and incredibly easy.
