Victim's last name was Vasquez, so I don't think Al and Jesse will make it out for this one.
Maybe next time.

Who in their right mind would do that? Who cares if the old 76 year old isn't listening to you? He is old, and grumpy. It is what old people are supposed to do.
In no way was handcuffing or grabbing his hands ever going to help that situation. He isn't going to cause anyone harm. They need to have stricter checks over there in the USA, because they let a lot of dumbasses through the academy it seems.
Let the old dude say whatever he needs to. You aren't going to teach him anything, or change his way at his age. It didn't even look like he did say anything much to the officer in this case.

Whether they get involved in it or not the outcome is always the same anyway. This cop is probably gonna get a medal of honor for his justified use of force and tazer to subdue this criminal

the funny? thing is that vasquez is pointing out that dealer plates arent required to have a valid sticker (which is right). Rather than let the old dude explain or justify why he isnt in violation, its to the ground full of taze.

this just proves cops don't just take down black guys for resisting, they take down everyone who resists. i don't blame the cop, that old man wasn't listening. people just can't listen to authority figures iin this country
its so weak how this won't be shown to every black protester who thinks they're the only ones by liberal media.
and i don't think cops have fm/am radios in their cars. unless its some undercover officer but regular police cars i thought didn't have music radios....?
oh the horror

Yes but we still have idiots that act as though a police officer shouldn't exhibit the ability to access a case by case basis and act accordingly.
There was no reason for that. The officer escalated a situation that was a traffic stop over something minor. Probably got nasty with the guy and it went from there.
Next they'll be punching out little children because the kid had "attitude".
It's really not that hard.

So, you're a police officer, and you deal with many people day by day. Humans with tier idiosyncrasies, quirks, mental illnesses, etc. This time this officer encounters a man that is 76-77 years old. The man perhaps is a bit confused. He appears to be showing the officer the tail end of his car.
The officer is late 20s, 30s perhaps.
The officer can't differentiate a situation that has no danger to warrant that type of force or, that perhaps he shouldn't jump to cuff someone over a traffic stop because someone "isn't listening?"
Does a police officer have to shoot a little girl in the face for you to snap back into reality about how interaction between people generally runs and for you to accept that some of these cops are completely out of line?
Jesus Christ almighty you're socially retarded.

Here's a situation where an officer handled an irate person in a routine traffic stop like a champ.
http://youtu.be/o_JtFBnFS1Y
Person was obviously pent up, dealing with WHATEVER.
Cop just keeps his cool, handles it like a boss. This is a good cop.

It created a small firestorm locally, as the video from the citizen's point of view attempts to suggest the officer randomly stopped him for no reason other than him just walking down the street. Officer kind of reminds me of Michael Rappaport: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_wLTmnKP5I
As it turns out, a business had called the police because someone kept walking past and peering into their windows while they were closed. Could have been nothing, but officers are obligated to investigate nonetheless. I thought this officer did a pretty good job as well, despite all else.
P.S. The pedestrian's video conveniently cut off right before the officer explained that a business had called in because they believed he was casing the place. Officer's video is here: http://www.freep.com/story/news/local/michigan/oakland/2014/12/01/pontiac-pockets-police-video/19756861/

If they did shoot a little girl they would probably jusitfy why to the media and the media would believe it lol

Guy was resisting arrest and very uncooperative during a stop. Of course he's gotta be tasered. I think the officer handled it very well here.
The only thing is he gotta learn the law better and turn off that awful music but that's a separate issue.

hey even that is not enough reason for a cop to be charged with something.

that little bitch boy has no business being a cop .. dude just decided on the spot he was going to throw down the small old man on the ground and assault him because little old man was being 'mean' to him and he's a big bad cop with authority .. can't have that .. on top of that, this incompetent piece of shit is listening to that trash while on duty .. fkd up part is there's probably a shitload of cops driving around just like this one

A lot of cops become cops because in ordinary situations, they feel inferior. With the badge, it makes them feel superior.
They don't like middle ground.

The old man was just pointing out to the cop something about his plate and the pig decides to tackle him to the ground with no warning and tazer him
Is it part of the cops protocol to use their tazers whenever they are about to give out a ticket? Was there no other way for him to subdue this 70+ year old man?
He would have probably gunned him down if there was no witness and claim he was scared for his life :facepalm
