Thibs has been reminding him to be aggressive in the 4th quarter.
Tom Thibodeau wants Derrick Rose to be more aggressive in the fourth quarter.
"Just put it in my mind: It’s still the fourth quarter no matter what the score is I still have to be myself in the fourth quarter," said Rose. "Thibs always tells me I should be more aggressive in the fourth no matter what the score of the game is. Just getting those reps; shooting mid range, getting my floater game together." Rose added that he wasn't mentally prepared for his previous comeback, but this time around "it's totally different. I'm at peace with myself."

The bolded part is not part of the article. It is your injection and you are trying to play it off like its part of the article. You didn't understand the article or you are just a pathetic troll trying to be negative. In fact the words "prepared" "ready" attached to "mentally" are not in the article as it relates to Rose. The part of the article where you tried to inject your quote states:
“Last time,” Rose said about his 2013 comeback, “my mind wasn’t where I wanted it to be. I wanted too much, too bad at the time; I wanted to prove a lot of people wrong. This time around it’s totally different.
In fact, its obvious as hell he was mentally overcharged. Were you mentally ready to read the article?
Its the last paragraph of the article for those interested in how desperate certain posters are.

Damn you got so angry you dedicated an article to insulting me. Why don't you send it to Rotoworld which is where I picked up the news. Seems like Rotoworld editors have a grudge against him. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nba/1476/derrick-rose

It's the best place for injury news, that's where I go to see who is healthy.

He probably wasn't. Trying to pove too much, to too many people, when not having total confidence in the recovery of his injuries, and his body adaptating. Thus the poor performance, and subsequent other injury. I don't think that's a knock on him by any means.

He wanted it too bad the first time, so he sat out long past the standard recovery date....
Okay.
Hard to take this guy seriously when we have guys like Westbrook putting their money where their mouth is, shattering injury recovery times and coming back 100 MPH.

We get it...You beat off to WB on a nightly basis. No need to crap on Rose whenever you get a chance. Rose doesn't play with the best player in the league and guess what...neither of them have a ring. So I guess both of them are disappointing.

So Rose doesn't play with the best player in the league, what the hell does that have to do with anything? Westbrook is a perfect comparison to Rose because of the injuries he's suffered and how similar their playstyles are.
Swap Rose and Westbrook right now and Chicago are the CLEAR favorites out East. Period.
It's absolutely fair to criticize Rose by now.

It is. Sure. But I don't see why you go out of your way to crap on other players on every thread. You crap on Lebron. You crap on Rose. You crap on Kobe. And the list goes on. But maybe that is better than fake posts about girls/photos...

Funny, you guys at this late date still won't admit that he was right. He knew something was wrong all along. There is no substitute for knowing yourself. Standard recovery rate is for people who don't have the ability to listen to their bodies. That's all it is. Don't mesmerize yourself into thinking its some universal law and that all humans have the exact same injury and therefore should heal exactly the same way. That's ignorance.
After the second injury, there is no excuse at this late date to act like something wasn't fully right.

There should be no excuses for OKC. They are the only team that has a big three together for five years and nothing to show for it. Its depressing. They have no other option than sling dirt.

Why should they play it fair? Right. Its not like the school systems they went to were up to standards anyway. Rose gave a million dollars back to the school system to help remedy that problem.

Such sheep. A guy is coming back from injuries that have ended countless careers and people mock him because he's having trouble getting his head right. You guys know nothing about psychology. If you did, you wouldn't be passing judgement. Everything Derrick Rose has and is, is a basketball player. He was basically a bird without wings for two years, and in his world and situation when the injuries happened, it's devastating and humiliating on top of the entire depressing recovery process that's not even guaranteed to be a success. It will be a process like everyone keeps hearing repeated, and for good reason. We're lucky to even see him looking this good after those injuries.
A lot of people on ISH seem to laugh at others misfortunes...that's not a good thing to get used to.

Regular season is basically training for the playoffs, idk why people shit on players during these pointless games. At least wait before the 2nd half if you wanna talk shit, til then teams are still building chemistry, figuring out their offense and getting in shape.

I have actually completely forgotten what Rose even looked like when he was healthy but did he always attempt this many low IQ shots? Some of his 3 point attempts the guy is shooting like he thinks he's Steph Curry or something.
While I'm glad he's back his shot selection other than when he gets into the lane and uses that nasty floater is absolutely horrific.

What kind of retarded shit is this. What exactly are u criticizing rose for atm? Hes playing well and is a benefit to the team, anyone bringing up old shit is just trolling.
And hypotheticals arnt points. Period. As if westbrook has a great winning record since hes come back, actaully rose has a better win record than westboob at this point.

How about? - money (sure), an award given rather than earned (nothing to be proud of), among the best at using up medical expenses, sure, at basketball? no. Also, he's barely playing, and (according to him) at risk of being a lifetime cripple.
Can't imagine any kind of dream that includes not being capable of stringing two syllables together either tbh.

Yes it is, it's a most essential element of humour and human nature, so much so that the Germans have their own word for this - schadenfreude. All jokes are at the expense of someone, and it is no coincidence that the two oldest human genres are comedy and tragedy, for they both cater to this very human impulse.
Stop moralising like a bellend, it's what actual 'sheep' have done since time immemorial.
edit: tis amusing how people are so utterly incapable of facing their own impulses and amusements, hence they will pour scorn on someone who makes a joke about a fat person or Derrick Rose, but when it comes to sitting in a cinema for two hours watching Michael Cera be an awkward and clumsy weirdo, well, that's just fine and normal. Not having fun at the expense of awkward teens the world over is it?

yeah we get it, you think that you are enlightened. human nature is to smack a bitch if she angers you, should you smack her? or should you be an evolved modern person who is thoughtful and not some prime ape?
people that make fun of others misfortune are compassionless and inconsiderate. is that the society you want to live in? where everyone is just thinking about themselves? too bad you are a hypocrite because you live in a society where people care about others and you reap the benefits of that but at the same time you believe in a society that is the opposite to that. go live in south africa where ******s will rape your daughter because they arent thoughtful of the ramifications it has on other people. but nah, you live in a good society, but you believe in the opposite. enlightened? more like retardened.

Sorry, only the lost and confused didn't see the award going to Rose. Nobody else got more than five first place votes. Not only did he earn it, he did through more adversity than any of the other players and with more responsibility.
among the best at using up medical expenses, sure, at basketball? no. Also, he's barely playing, and (according to him) at risk of being a lifetime cripple.
That's the whole thing here. Its Rose life according to him. You vicariously live to hate on him. Who are you? "Dresta, the Rose hater." Who is this Rose guy? A guy living his dream that didn't value SAT preparations.

Human impulses are pathetic and weak. Making jokes at the expense of someone else for absolutely no reason only insures that it hurts more when it's you who is suffering, which is why I said people shouldn't get used to do it. Mocking peoples health doesn't make people look strong, funny, whatever, it makes you look like an asshole. Some may see it your way, some may see it mine. The only difference is my way doesn't go around hurting human beings and trash talking peoples misfortunes...in my opinion, that's the better way for me and humanity. If that's what you call a sheep But by all means, keep being a miserable asshole and justifying how you treat people with your ridiculous logic.

But in his mind, he's not a Rose hater, he thinks it's truth. The guy is all kinds of delusional.
Anyone who says Rose didn't earn that MVP just exposes themselves as haters. Rose earned every bit of that MVP and has the hardware as he should. The haters can't change it, which is why they try to belittle it as much as possible.
