Is one Lance stephenson to blame for this mess? Or was last year a flash in the pan? Every starter has better than career statistics right now, but I see some really low shooting %s. In the East being 6-18 is bad. Real bad. Does MJ need to rebuild again?

Al Jefferson will never be "the guy" on any successful team. He's one of, if not the most overrated players in the league. Yes he has some nice post moves...but they are all going away from the basket. He's always been a high volume shooter to get his points...which is NOT what you want from your Center. Does everyone just see one of his pretty shots and lose their mind? He's also an awful defender and considering he's their Center and basically taking mins at the highest impact position defensively...that is going to hurt a lot.

He is also a shitty passer, so you can't run any sort of real offense through him. A low post guy who can't pass or play defense really isn't very valuable even if his scoring numbers are good.

I've been pretty surprised at how bad they've been though. They put too much faith in Kemba for one thing, he's average at best, and their FO's weird reluctance to bring in 3 point shooters goes against what every good team has been doing for the past 3 or 4 years.

If I were them I'd blow it up again and try to put a good supporting cast in to try to lure Steph Curry back home once he's a FA. Offer him Jordan Brand stock, ownership, under the table money, a key to the city, anything.

Unfortunately the Warriors are so good I don't really see any way he'd consider leaving at this point, but who knows what the future holds.

I was honestly expecting more form them this year..After last year I thought they'd build on that and take another positive step forward...

Lance Stephenson is not a good 2nd scoring option.

Isn't it crazy that Charlotte is 6-18 and there's still three other teams in the conference with a worse record?

Wow did not know their record. I was under the assumption they were on pace for something like 38-44 record. possible 8th seed. on paper imo this team is a 7th seed.
