Deng for Lance Stephenson...Miami gains on the backcourt help when Wade is out or moves Wade to 6th man (aj12345 is going to cry :D), Charlotte gets rid of unwanted Lance and can make use of serviceable Deng.

I doubt they move or replace Kemba since they just paid him, but does anyone think he's the answer? I don't think you can go deep with him and, imo, he's difficult to build around. You need a d/3 SG next to him. Except ideally you would want a little more versatile option at the 2 because of MKG's current limitations. Otherwise you don't get much from both wing spots and good luck with that... And frankly he's just not that good to be carrying the perimeter load.

I could see Brooklyn doing that first trade. Would be great if they could land a guy like Bledsoe, especially for a broken down (imo) Lopez. Not sure I'm crazy about a Bledsoe-Lance-JJ starting perimeter line-up since those guys like to have the ball a lot. But that Dwill swap would be a pretty good trade since they can get youth on cheap deals + a first for dumping DWill. Doubt LAL go for it though.

What about David Lee for KG? KG expires at season's end, which helps out GSW's finances so they don't pay a ton for Lee to come off their bench next season. KG's a better defender and can spot minutes as a backup C who has some range on his J still. Brooklyn may do this b/c Billy King is desperate I guess lol.
