Is Kevin Durant declining already?

Dude has been pretty much a non-factor in the Thunder's winning streak, while Westbrook is the leader and most valuable player on the team. Last year's Durant was clearly the second best SF in the league, but now he is declining before Lebron. It's unfortunate isnt it? Or maybe it's because the Thunder's offense no longer revolves around him? If this continues, good chance he will end up in Washington in 2016.

During his first 8 games his scoring rate, assist rate and rebounding rate are the same as they were two years ago. Ditto his TS.
