A study shows humans live longer sleeping 6 I believed hours compared to the 8. Don't quote me on the 6 hours, it's 6 or 7.

I only sleep 4 hours each night. I consider myself a workoholic

But the longest I've ever slept was probably 18 straight hours after I did my first triathlon. I drank a gatorade, ate a banana, and had the best sleep of my life that night/day.

You'd have to be. Those gimmick accounts aren't gonna manage themselves.

Once I didn't sleep for 3 days and then slept for over 24 hours. Couldn't get out of bed though and ended up staying there for another day after waking up. I had to eventually crawl to the sink to drink water because I felt so weak from hunger/dehydration.

I would say 15-16 hours multiple times , could've easily slept longer if I wanted too.

Once I stayed for 38 hours with no sleep and not on drugs

16 hours.

I've always had trouble sleeping, but it got really bad when I turned 19. I remember a 2 week stretch where I didn't get more than an hour of sleep each night. Eventually made it to a doctor who gave me a script of Xanax. Took 3 and slept like a rock for the next 16 hours.
