If they do finish 6th/7th or 8th.

does it matter? If you are the best anyway does HCA matter? when you have two superstars would you really bet against them at least making the conference finals?

It does matter, without HCA they aint beating the Spurs in a 7-games series.

I think they need it. Clippers, Blazers, Grizzlies and Spurs would thrive having HCA against them.

Not that hard to steal one on the road.

Especially against teams like the Warriors, Clippers, Blazers, Rockets of the world...

I think it matters more against Dallas, San Antonio, and Memphis but if they're really a championship team then they'll get it done no matter where they play.

I think they mostly need it for the Spurs, but I really don't think this is the Spurs year.

Tho HCA always helps, particularly in the West and OKC's HCA is rather immense.

Maybe, lets just see how Kerr and his 3 point bombers handle the playoffs together. So far they are unstoppable but I'm still iffy on them when it comes to playoff time.

It's overrated imo. Players like Westbrook and KD can thrive on the hostile atmosphere.

I mean it definitely hurts, it's just so hard to run that West gauntlet without it.

Playing in places like Golden State, Dallas, or San Antonio? You need every advantage you can get.

That being said they'll have the two best players in almost every series they'll play, so they've got that going for them.
