Discuss here. I missed practically the entire game so people who watched, how did the matchup go?
Curry: 34/7/9/4 on 14-24 shooting
Westbrook: 33/3/8/2 on 11-30 shooting

Westbrook is great but having Durant next to you makes sure teams can never double team you consistently.
Curry and Paul are the top 2 PG's in the game.

Curry was clearly the better player tonight, season-wise it's a toss-up.
What impressed me the most is how good Curry guarded Russ.

Curry outplayed Westbrook down the stretch. The difference is Curry was able to get his teammates involved in the 4th while also getting himself going. Curry was ice cold in the 4th

Westbrook smoked Curry in the 1st quarter then after that it was all Curry. Westbrook's recklessness helped GS get back in to the game, he kept getting stripped and missed easy layups which led to easy points for GS. Wanted OKC to win but after KD went down they didn't have enough firepower. Fun game tho.

Thompson guarded Westbrook while Westbrook guarded Curry. Curry saved his energy and didn't have an entire team collapsing on him due to his right hand man being out.
Westbrook is better, period.

He was bound to have a bad game. Happens.
Like how Curry had one against Conley the other night, only scoring 19 points and going 1-10 from beyond the arc.

Lol?
Having a major 3-point threat in Thompson plus having Barnes and Green mean that Curry can never be doubled teamed either.
When Bogut and Lee are in the paint, teams have to either allow him to shoot an open 3 or he dishes it inside for an easy assist.

I'm a big Curry fan, but is his handle always that loose as it was tonight?
He does seem to average slightly on the higher side in terms of turnovers given his minutes, but they do play a high pace offense.

curry so overrated. Alot of his shots were wide open, set up by his loaded team. I didn't even know he was in the game, quiet 34.

Curry takes some of the most difficult shots in the league and actually makes them. He also routinely takes over down the stretch. Unlike LeChoke.
