Cavs (Irving, Miller, James, Love, Varejao)
Nets (Williams, Karasev, Johnson, Garnett, Plumlee)
Aside from Garnett returning, Miller is back for the Cavs and is rumored to replace Marion as a starter...
Lets see which scrub goes off on the Cavs' defense this time :(

Cavs are dreadful defensively.
It's A VC3!!!

KG goes out and Nets turn to shit. It's the usual theme. They gained and lost an 11 point lead in the same quarter.

Other than the transition dunk, Lebron hasn't made a layup in this game.
It's confusing!

Love is just terrible right now, no defense and no offense. TT is our most valuble frontcourt player right now, dammit!

To watch Kyrie.
So where were you in all our threads before LeBron came? It couldn't POSSIBLY be that you're watching this game just to hate him could it?

Love/Irving 6-25 = 20 points
Mike Miller 7-8 = 21 points

Ironically, Lebron is an elite spot up shooter.

Jack literally just tried to take 3 shitty contested 3 pointers on that one play and then after he couldn't get it off finally passed to the player that had lead the come back in the first place. He's ****ing terrible. If I was the coach he would never play in a nets uniform again.

Really impressed by Plumlee tonight. Even when he isn't blocking shots, the Cavs are very tentative on their drives with him on the floor... and we're talking about some great finishers in the paint.
Really nice young player.

Lebron is a great defender. Pretty average man to man though, outside of the post anyways where he is an unmoveable wall.
Love is terrible.

I know that Jarrett Jack all too well. He is infuriating to watch on a nightly basis. He's the king of pump faking a wide open three-pointer so that he can take two dribbles and attempt a contest 18-footer.
The guy really stinks.

Good win for the Cavs.
LeBron, Kyrie and Love had an underwhelming night by their standards though LeBron stepped up in the fourth quarter and made some big plays. Mike Miller was ace.
Next game is Memphis. Marc Gason and ZBo against that interrior defense? :ohwell:

The Cavs have played to the level of their competition all season. I expect a hell of a game.
Winning a game when you play poorly is something all good teams need to be able to do. That pretty much defines tonight's performance.

haywood and miller could have important minutes in a long playoff run

Read a couple days ago (prob. before this game) that Jack is 3-26 from 3 so far this year.

True.
But ZBo and Mar Gasol would simply over-power TT and Love.
It would be a mammoth task to stop those two defensively. So, key would be to slow down their shooters like Lee and Vince Carter etc and ensure Mike Conley isn't able to dictate the tempo like he does. And in the offensive end, LeBron, Kyrie and Love need to be at the top of their game. Cavs have to perform much better than they have off late to win against Memphis. Memphis are favs but I am sure we would see a very good game from the Cavs. LeBron, Kyrie, Love and co would be up for the game.

He's still a great 3 points shooter. The Cavs needs his 3 points shooting in the playoffs.
7/8 from the 3 points area.

Just ignore him. His favorite NBA player is only averaging 25.1 ppg on 40 FG% against the EC Champion in the Finals while LeBron is averaging 24.8 ppg on 46.7 FG%. against WC Champion in the finals.

It's honestly amazing how every time he steps on the floor the other team goes on a run regardless of who else is on the floor with him.

In complete honesty I think if he and Lopez had both suffered season ending injuries in the beginning of the year the nets would be safely over .500 at this point.
