Honestly, I'd say it's Bosh's All-Star selections/All-NBA selections. Dude's sitting at 9:1 for his career, is that an NBA record for disparity?

kobe has highesr money earned/fg% ratio. most likely highest in history!
because no one makes 25m+ and shooting less than 38% a game.

I see that you haven't seen the number of Kobe threads this season.

Now see, this one could be interesting, even though you got the numbers totally wrong (probably because you're a brain dead retard).
Kobe is shooting 37.7% on the season, and making 23.5 million this year. So that's a 0.623 million dollars per percentage point.
Off the top of my head, I'd guess Rashard Lewis might challenge this in his final seasons. let me look.
I was right, he shot 38.5% the year he made 21.14 million. That would put him at 0.549 million dollars per percentage point.
Another I thought of would be Gilbert Arenas.
In 2010-2011 season, he shot 36.6% on the season, and just 34.4% while on the Magic, at 17.73 million bucks.
If we only count his stint on the Magic, he's still at 0.515 million bucks per percentage, not as impressive as Kobe/Shard.
For reference, DeAndre Jordan made 10.99 million last year and shot 67.6%, leaving him at just 0.163 million dollars per percentage, a piddling amount of money per shooting percentage point.
