Haven't watched the Spurs since the finals, but i guess they still have the best ball movement in the league. Their ball movement was out of the world. Which team right now has the 2nd best?

I'm not so sure Assist Ratio is the best way to judge ball movement. 3 of the top 5 teams have PG's who dominate the ball, and top the league in APG (Wall, Rondo, and CP3).
