None of them are winning anything without a great team.
Jordan proved it in the '80s
edit ~ wait I didn't read that right. ok shaq and Penny proved it in the '90s then. But there's lots of examples

mj, shaq, Hakeem are the only "locks". pippen, hill and Penny have cases but I don't think the 96 version of Barkley would be up there.
