In both cases they probably have issues (for starters, wanting to be a woman when you are a biological man has to mess with your head). I don't know which is worse. Frankly, when you are willing to undergo gender-reassignment surgery to me it's just splitting hairs whether you want to look like a female prostitute (which is the look most male to female trannies we see aim for) or Kim Kardashian specifically. The Kardashian-wannabe could be more of a headcase but they're both in a mental place I'd never want to go.
