by in-game dunking, i don't mean fancy dunks, i mean those guys are dunk-capable in a lot more spots, and off of a much wider variety of moves.

vince's in-game dunks can only occur off of simple moves like the OP highlight.. he has almost no dunks off of complicated or sophisticated moves, which is why his in-game dunk frequency is literally 1/3 as much as guys like Dr. J, MJ or Lebron.
