He needs offseason surgery for his hand; apparently the doctor, who has been in the trade for 40 years, has never seen this kind of injury. :biggums:

Personally, I think he should have it done now and take the rest of the Regular Season off. He can come back somewhere in March and be healthy for the Playoffs. Kawhi isn't like Tim or Kobe. He's like Manu and Parker: him playing at 80% is really him playing at 40%, and we can't win with Kawhi like that. :(

Don't want to be a jerk here nor rule the Spurs out, but why is it whenever I said the Spurs were done this year, before the year, everyone called me an idiot and a bunch of other shit.

if they lose in the first or second round am I allowed to turn around and call all of those people ****ing jackasses?

Not if it's because of injuries

I just think it's funny when everyone way overrates whoever won the year prior, regardless of if they are deserving or not.

I called Miami being done last year with them having an aging roster and adding no new player into the mix and everyone laughed at me.

Just like when I called the Lakers being done after their last ring. It never ceases to amaze me how bad people are when it comes to thinking forward before the NBA season begins.

Our record was horrible without KiWi last year too.

The Spurs are the only team that are expected to win without their best players tbh. :confusedshrug:

Ironic considering you routinely expect OKC to win

You aren't some genius for guessing who won't win. Even favorites to win aren't given a 50% chance to win at the beginning of the year, so odds are you guess a team will lose, you will be right.

well, you are allowed to do whatever you want. Would you be right? no. Unless you voodoo cursed leonard to injure this hand, there injury is obviously an extenuating circumstance. But go on with your dumbass self

He's one of only 4 players I've seen pick up the ball with one hand off the dribble, palm it and dunk and the other three players to do it (Doc, Jordan, and Pippen) had insanely large hands as well.

Kawhi will be back next week, he's not in pain as he originally guessed he'd be back in a few days.

Should be playing by New Year's
