They say championship teams have a top 10 offense and defense, we are pretty bad defensively according to the stats. However, I think we can address that by the playoffs.

There's no way we should be outside the top 10 on defense with Butler, Noah, Gibson and a great defensive coach on our team.

Was mostly concerned that we couldn't improve our offense enough, but that's looking less of a problem now too.

Pau is playing great, he has his inconsistency but overall he's been terrific for this team.

He's probably helped Mirotic settle really quickly too.
Pau's rim protection this year has been ridiculous, Aaron Brooks has been making shots out of his ass at a crazy rate as well. Some of the shots he makes are just so deflating to the opposition.

Still a long way to go, but the players seem to be coming together quite well.

With Hinrich out, this might show Thibs that he can trust Brooks with more minutes. Brooks has been better defensively than I thought he'd be.

I have to disagree a little on the Pau rim protection. He has been brilliant in some games, but disinterested in others. However, adding anything in this area is more than what Boozer ever did.

He's such an active player.


Literally contests anything and everything.


He is incredibly nimble for a guy that big. If you watch him closely, he is often the first bulls player down the other end of the court on transition. That opens up space for Rose to drive and players to look for him on outlet passes.

I could talk all day about the little things he does. I am just so happy he's a Bulls player.
