Actually, Jordan destroyed the Bulls chemistry when he first came back. He was the reason why they were eliminated.

Unlike kobe, Jordan was a net positive out there, the bulls finished 13-4 when Jordan came back, something this lakers team struggles to pull with Cancerbe playing

Kobe might as well take it easy until a little after the all-star break and then slowly start to incorporate him into the team after everyone else has confidence enough to play without him, this team looks good now but the playoffs are a whole different animal.
