Hey Kobe fans now what are your excuses? This is your chance to tell me how it was just a fluke meanigless regular season game or how Kobe actually helped the team win with his intangibles!

-21 point difference when Kobe not playing.

-12 when he's on the floor. +9 when he's on the bench.

What else is there to type?

There are a lot of "Kobe haters" in here. Let's try to be objective and look at this mathematically, to remove the bias.

Everyone on the Lakers played well tonight relative to their typical game. For example, if we look at the +/- results of the starters compared to their norms, we have:

Price: -2.3 to +11 = +13.3 NET
Johnson: -7.0 to +14 = +21.0 NET
Hill: -7.9 to to -1.0 = +6.9 NET
Davis: -2.4 to to +3.0 = +5.4 NET
Bryant: -9.4 to 0.0 = +9.4 NET

So while Price and Johnson had spectacular games, we can see that Kobe had the next best game after that. I consider this a "win" as a Kobe stan, and I'm sure you criticizers will too once you look at the math instead of relying on your blind hatred.

Warmest regards,

Ayotunde Ndiaye

I still believe he can be a solid contributor to a team. Unfortunately not a rebuilding team and not with the contract he signed.

To those saying "he's the most overrated player of all time and this has been him his entire career"

Yo, more than half of you weren't even born when he came into the league.

Dudes were like 8 years old when Kobe was in his prime. Apparently you don't remember.

Kobe at times has been overrated by extreme apologists but some of you on the opposite end of the spectrum are f*cking ridiculous. Acting like this dude was Harold Miner or some shit. Come on now.

Most of us are just having our fun at Kobe stans to be honest. I think Kobe is/was a great player. But man he's been playing some inexcusable basketball this season. No way he escapes the heat. It would be one thing to suck and just be old, but man this dude plays like he's still 25 and its terrible as well as hurting the team. And yes, we all know the team sucks.

Being a Kobe fan means that you have to deal with aggressive self-hating boys in the media and among fans.

The last time I saw these threads was in 2012-13, when Dwight and Pau were finally free, and had a real change to beat the Spurs in the first round. :oldlol:
