I mean, yeah, free throws are huge. But there have been some all-time greats aside from Shaq who've also been so-so free throw shooters. Wilt and Russell come immediately to mind. Hell, I think Duncan is in the mid-70% for his career. I think Bron's been pretty much on average in FT% for a star player.
